A house located in southeastern Missouri on 145 acres. There is also an unfinished house on the ranch. I?m looking for someone that wants to become partners in the Ranch and also learn some skills along the way. How the rental situation and possible future part ownership is set up [what house, amount of rent, what the tenant does for part ownership, who does what etc.] is up for discussion. It is not a short term situation and I'm not looking to make a lot of money. It is an area where you can leave your door unlocked and not worry about crime. It is a perfect place for children and located in area where there are many lakes, rivers, and forest trails for Horses, motorcycles and 4 wheelers. The land borders conservation land with hundreds of miles of trails. Hunting and fishing along with unlimited outdoor activities. I will do in-depth checking of the applicant?s history. No Drugs or Alcohol Abuse or previous evictions without a good reason. The prospective part owner must be able to rationally discuss any issue and come to a mutually arrived conclusion. If not then a part ownership situation of this magnitude will not work. I will take a lot of time making sure that it is something that is going to work before I make a decision since it involves future part ownership. I am open to input from the prospective applicant and I'm flexible on many items. However, I do not want someone that will not respect the land and house.
